Processing & Dispatch

All Pitara Living pieces are handcrafted and carefully packed at our studio in India. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Delivery: 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, Pitara Living is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier partners, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please write to us at hello@pitara.living and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. Pitara Living is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
